ALL members of the household are in agreement about adopting a cat
You are financially able to provide for the animals needs. This includes basic food, supplies, shelter, veterinary care, heart worm, flee, tick, and parasite prevention which can easily exceed $2000 a year.
All adults will be present for meet and greet process
You have set aside extra time during transition period to bond with new cat
Basic knowledge of cat training and care
Willingness to reach out for help/advice for any concerns that may arise

I understand that if I move, my pet will move with me and Rescue All Dogs will be notified. Microchip information shall always be updated with Rescue All Dogs as a secondary contact in case of death, crisis, incarceration, etc. I understand that this is also a precautionary measure to help insure safe release or care of pet from authorities, if needed.
If, during the lifetime of this pet, I determine that adequate care or control of this animal can no longer be provided, I agree to contact Rescue All Dogs and described the changed circumstances. Rescue All Dogs reserves the right to make any determination which in Rescue All Dogs sole discretion, is in the best interest of the animal, including but not limited to rescinding the adoption and taking the animal back into its care and control.
I understand this animal is a rescued animal, and that no claims, representations, or warranties are made or implied by Rescue All Dogs as to its age, breed, physical or mental characteristics, prior experiences, current or future health, behaviour or temperament.
I understand that this animal HAS BEEN or HAS NOT BEEN neutered or spayed. If the animal has not been neutered/spayed Rescue All Dogs will have the animal neutered/spayed within the time period as advised by a veterinarian.
I understand my responsibility to continue vaccinations as well as routine visits to a veterinarian of my choice.
I understand and agree the recommendations made my Rescue All Dogs may, or may not be, helpful in securing the safety of people or other living beings that come into this animals proximity; and that the safety of all living beings who do so, is hereafter solely my, as the adopter, ethical and legal responsibility. Specifically wether or or not this animal has been housed with men, women, children, cats, dogs, or any other living being in a foster care providers home, Rescue All Dogs makes no warranties regarding this animals behaviour with any living being hereafter. I agree to use caution and allow sufficient time for success when introducing this animal to any living being.
I understand and agree that as of the date of the final adoption, Rescue All Dogs has no further financial or legal liability as relates in any way to this animal, including but not limited to any damage to person(s) or property, medical, or other expenses.
