REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns at this time but please contact us if you have any problems with your orders. You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

While most items are eligible for exchanges, some items are Final Sale. Final Sale items are never eligible for exchanges. Sale merchandise, items purchased during a promotion are all final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Please contact us for the return shipping address.

Kindly include a note with your full name, email and your order number in your return packaging. We recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your exchange has been processed by our support team.

All products are listed in Canadian Dollars. The checkout page prices, taxes and shipping charges will always be listed in Canadian Dollars.

Please rest assured that your Paypal or credit card will be charged in your local currency, using the most current exchange rate.

We ship worldwide.

All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. For any US & International shipments, duty is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unless otherwise selected, all orders are shipped via expedited shipping.

Expedited Parcel:

  • Canada - 2 to 10 business days

USA

Small Packet USA Air: 5-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL

Small Packet International: 8-22 business days

Tracked Packet International: 8-22 business days

 

COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes or coupons must be entered at the time of checkout in order to qualify. Only one discount code/coupon can be used on each order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to adjust discount codes/coupons.

In the chance that a regular-priced item goes on sale, we are unable to offer any price adjustments on previous orders. We also do not match the prices of our stockists.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you wash your RAD goods on a delicate cycle in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid the use of bleaches or fabric softeners. Warm iron inside out. Do not apply iron directly to any printed fabrics. Garments are not preshrunk. See garment tag for detailed instructions.
