I agree to keep all of the information strictly confidential and refrain from using it for my own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside of Rescue All Dogs (RAD). I agree that, upon conclusion of my volunteering period, I will immediately return to Rescue All Dogs (RAD) all of its property, equipment, and documents, including electronically stored information. I understand unauthorized disclosure of confidential or privileged information is a serious violation of this policy and I will be subject to appropriate discipline, including removal/dismissal. Accordingly, as a volunteer, you agree to the following conditions: I hereby agree to hold Rescue All Dogs (RAD), its Officers, Directors, Employees, and Volunteers forever harmless and not responsible for any damage to personal property or any injury whatsoever that I may suffer as a result of my volunteer activities with Rescue All Dogs (RAD). This includes, but is not limited to, bites, scratches, and communicable illnesses or pests contracted from any animal. I am aware that as a volunteer of Rescue All Dogs (RAD), I am acting as a representative of the organization and agree to act responsibly at all times by maintaining a professional demeanor and protecting the rescued animals from any harm while they are in my possession or care.
